Here at Frederick's, the health and safety of our customers and staff is top priority. With growing concerns around the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) we are taking additional steps to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible. This includes disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in our showroom and clearance center multiple times a day, our delivery staff are sanitizing their hands before and after each delivery, and we are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
You can call us at (425) 885-0000 and speak to a salesperson any time during our normal business hours if you have any questions or concerns. Our website has a shopping cart option, if you feel more comfortable shopping from home during this time.
If you or your family are currently experiencing illness, contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements to have your delivery rescheduled. We are committed to doing whatever we can to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact your salesperson and they will be happy to assist you over the phone or in person.
